What Critics Think
James Suckling : 92 Points
(4/13/2025) For the 2021 vintage this is rich and silky, but with a healthy tannin core on the medium- to full-bodied palate. Abundant baking-spice character and a touch of candied orange slices. The hint of bitterness at the finish lifts it nicely. A pure grenache from a vineyard site with sandy soil. Sustainable. Drink or hold.
Decanter : 93 Points
(8/30/2024) Has good weight and balance, the tannins are fairly discreet and gently chewy. Strawberry and damson fruit. It's so young, and shows little interest/complexity for early drinking, but should develop with interest in the medium term. The alcohol is warming, but the wine has freshness. Sandy terroir.
