(3/2025) What a find! This 10-year-old Gevrey from the outstanding 2015 vintage was hiding in a local temperature-controlled warehouse. We tasted it recently and grabbed the few available cases. It is fantastic, leading with a wild, savory theme that we couldn't stop talking about. Look for notes of bergamot tea, sweet black cherry, forest floor, taut red berry, red earth, and cigar wrapper, all supported by bright acidity, zestiness, soft tannins, and a long, silky finish. Wonderfully different!
