(6/20/2024) This has a shy, subtle nose of rose petals, sliced apples and hints of rhubarb. The palate is cutting with razor-sharp acidity. Medium-bodied, it has a subtle fruit-driven finish that differentiates it from the usual txakoli. 60% hondarrabi beltza, a descendent of cabernet franc, and 40% hondarrabi zuri. Drink now.
