Winemaker's Notes

The Müller-Thurgau is from the Estate Vineyard at Anne Amie in the Yamhill Carlton AVA. Gentle whole cluster pressing. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks on the lees. Harvested early to keep alcohol low and preserve the mineral character. No malolactic fermentation. Just 30 cases produced.
