Sourced exclusively from the Minéral subplot of Largillier, this 100% Pinot Noir Champagne comes from the more limestone-rich section of Coessens’s Kimmeridgian clay-limestone vineyard, giving it a more taut, chalky and mineral profile than the Blanc de Noirs. The 2019 harvest was fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel, underwent malolactic fermentation and lees aging, was bottled with zero dosage, preserving its pure expression of citrus, flint, and saline freshness.
