This Graševina, comes from Krauthaker’s most prized vineyard called Mitrovac. The wine’s aromas are pure, clean and poignant, but with depth and complexity. Ripe grapefruit and apples are supported by a counterweighing minerality and slight undertones of noble rot, which both follow through on the palate. In the mouth, the wine prances in a delightfully youthful but elegant manner, providing full, warm, creamy, vibrant, delicious viscosity and acidity, with pleasantly mild bitterness which is typical of the grape variety.
