Sourced from organically farmed Pinot Noir grapes, growing at high elevation, this producer bottles an earthy, light red-fruited Pinot Noir that tastes like a $25 Bourgogne Rouge. Lifted, very well balanced, and impressively long, this is a delicious wine at the table with fish, chicken, or braised dishes.
