(12/2024) Lena Singer-Fischer is producing some of the finest Sekt (German sparkling wine) we have tasted. This micro-production sparkler is mostly Pinot Noir with a touch of Pinot Meunier with a dosage of 4 g/l and sees 24 months of lees aging. As complex and delicious as many Champagnes twice the price, this elegant wine wows with notes of toasted hazelnut, lemon zest, a hint of red currant, and spiciness wrapped in wonderfully balanced acidity.
