(11/2024) Winemaker Veronica Santiago has crafted a delicious skin-contact Sauvignon Blanc in the Valle de Guadalupe. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc has macerated with the skins for 11 days. The wine pops with orange zest notes, black and jasmine teas, and dry leaves. The finish has that perfect grip we expect in top orange wines. Only 45 cases made it to the US, and even fewer to Chicago, so grab a few bottles while they last!
