(12/2025) Fragrant and appealing, with warm baking spice, vanilla and chopped hazelnut notes enriching flavors of ripe white peach and white cherry, blood orange peel and pickled ginger, all set on a chalky base. A firm spine of acidity is well-meshed, wrapped in the refined mousse and carrying the profile through the lasting finish. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Disgorged October 2024.
