(6/13/2026) One hundred percent Sauvignon Blanc aged 6 to 12 months on the fine lees, the 2025 Sancerre Blanc was just bottled before this tasting, and it's certainly not showing any worse for wear. Its light gold hue is followed by a perfumed nose of ripe citrus, minty herbs, chalk, and white flowers, and it's medium-bodied on the palate, with a pure, layered, seamless mouthfeel, flawless balance, and a great finish. It's another absolutely gorgeous wine from this estate. Drink 2026-2031.
