Vin Chicago: 91 Points
(8/2026) Not to be confused with the famed Jura producer of the same last name, Thierry Tissot produces this wonderful sparkling wine in the Alpine region of Bugey. This is a blend of Mondeuse and Gamay giving fresh notes of red berries and strawberries along with floral and citrus touches. The 16 months of lees aging lend a round and textured mouthfeel, which, along with the crisp acidity and gorgeous red fruit flavours, makes for a fun, tasty and excellent value alternative to rosé Champagne.
