(2/2026) Textbook Pinot Blanc here from organically-farmed high-elevation vineyards in northeastern Italy. Native yeast fermentation in half wooden vats, half stainless steel. Seven months aged on fine lees contributes additional texture. Crystaline white fruit and white florals are dotted with a touch of honeycomb with satisfying bitterness on the close. A refined, layered neutral white that wins with mouthfeel, pair with cream sauces, pastas - or spätzle! Only 627 cases made.
