Join Vin Chicago at Little Pops NY Pizzeria Trattoria in Lisle for an incredibly fun and very casual Italian wine and pizza night, featuring the outstanding whites and reds from Campanian star producer Tenuta Cavalier Pepe! Located just over an hour's drive east of Naples, Tenuta Cavalier Pepe is one of Campania's most respected producers of southern Italy's legendary and powerful reds, Taurasi.
The gregarious importer of these fantastic wines, Paolo Cerruti, will be on hand to guide you through the tasting, plus the delicious New York style pizzas of Little Pops will be readily available to accompany the wines! Paolo will pour a few library releases of Taurasi from the winery's cellar, as well as delicious and smartly priced whites like Falanghina, Greco di Tufo and Fiano di Avellino, but you'll need to taste for yourself!
We'll also have raffle prizes and special discounts at this open house style night! Tickets are only $20 per person, plus tax, and includes the tasting and pizza party. Make your reservations now, then casually pop in anytime between 5:30pm and 7:00pm to get in on the fun!
