(1/2026) This super tasty orange wine from the Penedès is a blend of 50% Parellada, 20% Xarel-lo, 20% Moscatell, and 10% Sumoll Blanc, and it clocks in at just 10% abv! The wine sees fermentation with native yeasts and around 5 days of skin contact, followed by 3 months of aging in underground concrete tanks before being bottled with minimal sulfur. The Azimut Brisat has a lovely texture with notes of orange zest, almonds, and peach with a slight grip on the finish.
