(7/31/2023) Dusty blackberries, spiced plum and floral notes jump out of the glass of the 2020 Shiraz before notes of espresso bean and succulent bramble fruit merge with black and red peppercorns and a mineral essence on the nose. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is juicy and fresh, with fine-grained tannins and delectable dark fruit tones that burst across the mid-palate. This has black cherry and mocha flavors over the lingering, mineral-laced, spicy finish. Give it a try. Drink 2023 - 2028.

(2023) Very much a New World style of Shiraz (not Syrah), this is a rich, full-bodied style that sees 50% new barrels. Chocolate and vanilla top notes segue into a palate of blackberry, blueberry and Asian spices, with sculpted tannins and enough supporting acidity. 2024-30.
