(6/2026) Domaine de Cristol is a four hectare limestone-soiled property in the foothills of the Massif des Maures mountain range. Using their Cinsault (43%), Grenache (33%), Syrah (20%), and Rolle (4%) vines, just one single pale pink colored wine is produced here. Notes of wild strawberries, red berries, white peach, citrus zest get the palate salivating, and a crisp mineral quality and lingering finish keep you coming back eagerly for another sip. Great on the patio paired with grilled shrimp, chicken, salads, goat cheese and light pasta dishes.
