Medium- to full-bodied, dense and layered, it possesses notable depth at the core, framed by racy acidity that brings both energy and definition. The finish is long and gently ethereal. (6/2026) The 2025 Bandol Rosé is emblematic of the vintage character in Bandol. Tense, inward and a touch compact, it takes its time in the glass, slowly revealing layers of grapefruit peel, white flowers, crushed oyster shell and river rocks. The 2025 is attractively forward aromatically, but the palate is a touch understated today, with apricot fruit pushed to the background and terroir complexity in the foreground. Not as phenolic or structured as some of its Bandol stablemates, the 2025 is on the delicate side for this address. Drinking Window: 2026 - 2032.
