A blend of organically farmed Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Négrette and Gamay, this playful, crisp and refreshing pink wine gives off full-flavored fruit notes of fresh cherries, muddled fresh strawberries, candied peach, and sliced honeydew melon, with an underlying streak of minerality and a whiff of salty sea breeze. The palate is light and easy drinking with a beautifully soft mouthfeel and finish. To summarize in one word: Delightful.
