(3/2023) The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Amphora captivates with a distinctly spicy bouquet, blending ground ginger, dusty dried flowers and musky apricot. It soothes the palate with ripe orchard fruits elevated by candied citrus and zesty acidity. Tropical inner florals form toward the close. This finishes dramatically long with a pleasant sweet and sour sensation as green melon hints slowly fade. The 2022 was refined for four months in Amphora. It's a total pleasure to taste. Drinking Window: 2023 - 2026.
