(8/2025) Here's a biodynamically farmed Sancerre from an artisan estate. The wine is crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in the famed Terres Blanches soils of Sancerre, and was raised Terracotta vessels for 12 months. The nose and palate give flavors of ripe lemon, green apple, cut grass, mint and pepper, all atop a soft, textured mouthfeel with a chalky grip on the easy to drink finish - a classic Sancerre!
