(8/2025) This broadly-appealing French Sauvignon Blanc has a creamy attack, with notes of refined yellow and green orchard fruits, ripe citrus, a mild herbal streak and whispers of minerality and guava. Its finishing acidity is refreshing, but not searing. We don't see much Sauvignon Blanc coming from the hills of the Languedoc - but this well-priced and likeable profile makes us wonder if more will come.
