(8/2024) This is an unfortified fino made from Pedro Ximenez grapes that were aged under flor for five years. 14.5% alcohol. Bright light gold hue. The nose is intense, briny and aged, full of salted lemons, almonds, yellow apples, seaweed and nori. Full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, with creamy, salty flavors and round, supple acidity. Freshness doesn’t come from acidity. Nutty, salty and really long. Drink now.
