(6/2026) A classic Cava blend of Macabeo, Parellada, Xarel·lo, this Brut Nature from Castell de Sant Pau was aged on the lees for 24 months and bottled at under 3 g/l RS, resulting in a dry, crisp and very well balanced bottle of bubbly at an eye-popping price! Flavors of green apple, green pear, melon, and citrus lead with a subtle note of seashell and oceanbed minerality underneath. Drink it on its own, use it for mimosas, or bring it to your favorite Thai and Sushi BYOB spots!
