(7/2025) Looking for a dry, low-alcohol rosé? Look no further than this Basque example, complete with the subtle effervescence common to Txakoli. That invigorating element brings both energy and enhanced mouthfeel to its trim frame of just 11% ABV. An equal split of Hondarrabis Beltza and Zuri, this small 800 case production is dusted with puree red fruit aromatics like cherry skin and strawberry atop its core of pithy grapefruit and seabreeze encrusted minerals. Serve well-chilled and pour it from up high!
