Winemaker's Notes

From old vineyards on granite soils, planted to the traditional pérgola system. Here Albariño delivers high acidity given the proximity with the Atlantic Ocean and the prominent rains. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, the result is a highly aromatic white with hints of herbs and fresh white fruits. Palate is unctuous and fresh, great acidity, balanced and complex. Pair with seafood, light pastas and fresh cheeses.
