(5/10/2024) A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay parcels from across the Western Cape, this enjoyable Cap Classique sparkler is great value for money. Pretty red berry and cherry aromas with fresh lemon zest and mineral notes. Time on lees lends creaminess to the palate, alongside toasty notes, with fine persistent bubbles and a long clean seam of acidity. Cherry, strawberry and raspberry fruit, with fresh lemon and pink grapefruit citrus making for a zesty finish. Lovely! Drinking Window: 2024 - 2026.
