(11/2024) The Huré Frères 4 éléments series focuses on one vineyard, one grape, one vintage, and one winemaking vision - in this case, Chardonnay from Rilly-la-Montagne in the Montagne de Reims, specifically from the famed Les Blanches Voies vineyard. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation. This bright Chardonnay shows white flowers, lemon zest, and a hint of Burgundian reduction.
