(7/19/2024) A lively, dry and flavorful Champagne that has bright citrus and fresh-pastry aromas alongside apple crumble, custard and spiced pear. Excellent tension and structure. Tight bubbles. Evolves at the end to vanilla bean, candied lemon and pie crust, with a very long, bone-dry finish. 100% pinot noir including 16% of perpetual reserve wine. Disgorged in 2023. Dosage 0g/L. Drink or hold.
