Distiller's Notes

Small Batch 11 is crafted from 21 barrels of Wheated Bourbon whiskey, distilled and matured in Indiana. The barrels were filled in April 2019 (6 Years old at dumping) and come from a mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat and 4% malted barley. On the nose, this whiskey has aromas of caramel and candied grapefruit peel. Once sipped, sweeter flavors of raw honey and rock candy rush to the fore and then reveal fruity notes of roasted cherry and fresh orange zest. The finish is long and layered with hints of toee, cloves and leather. A limited release of 3,600 bottles, 55.6% ABV.
