(5/9/2025) Darker berry fruits, spicy herbs, graphite, crushed stone, and gamey, peppery nuances all shine in the 2022 Hermitage from Jacouton, a structured, medium to full-bodied Hermitage. It has a focused, elegant mouthfeel, lots of tannins, and terrific balance. Made from 100% Syrah, this beauty will benefit from 4-6 years of bottle age and should age beautifully for 15-20 years. Drink 2029-2044.
