Cazcanes No. 7 Añejo is a richly layered tequila, crafted from a blend of barrels aged from one to over two years. This añejo captures the agave's vibrant character while incorporating rich barrel notes, resulting in an elegantly balanced and complex expression. Nose: crisp apples, almond cream, maple, toffee, vanilla, citrus, cherry, cigar box, nutmeg, anise, and chocolate. Palate: warm spices and vanilla with sweet undertones of coconut. Finish: Long, lush finish, rich with soft oak, baking spices, vanilla, dark chocolate, and deep agave character.
