(7/2025) Pearl Thief is a lip-smacking blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Semillon, aged on the lees for 11 months. There is a delightful interplay of bright fruit--think lychee, pineapple, lemon, and chamomile--and bright acidity. There's just a little something extra in this wine that kept us returning to our glasses!
