The La Colina Vineyard is a site rich in Jory soils and the profile is classic volcanic. With a long 20-month elevage in neutral barrels, it wears a silky profile with nary a hard edge. Defined by its ripe yet tart red raspberry fruit with fresh green herb and a whisper of bergamot, bee balm and light roast coffee. Sensationally easy-drinking and refreshing with medium-plus acidity. Great for the table and guiltless gulping!
