(9/17/2023) The bright magenta 2021 Pinot Noir Durant Vineyard Madrone Block is forward with lush mixed fruit of wild berry compote, pressed flowers, and wet stone. It feels primary up front but brings fine tannins, ripe fruit, and an undercurrent of fresh acidity and intensity. It’s generous with fruit yet has enough structure to cruise over the next 6-8 years.
