(6/2024) Such a cool wine! Sourced from Spear Vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills, this is taut and racy. Clocking in at 12.5% ABV, this dry white pours a cloudy straw hue, cluing you in that something's special - and different. With notes of cured citrus, pear skin, white pepper, smashed mint and a hint of radish, skin-contact provides a grippy feel on the long, zippy, citrusy finish. As often true with Gruner, this becomes substantially more generous and open over the course of time.
