(10/2024) Trollinger is the same grape as Northern Italy's Schiava. While often lost in blends for local table wines in the historic Swabia region of southwest Germany, Beurer crafts one of the few single-varietal bottlings. The results are electric! A lighter, fresher style of red wine with crunchy red fruits, a touch of spice, some earthy tones, and a ton of energy and vibrancy.
