Her Courtelong bottling represents a delicious exploration of accessible-now White Burgundy, offering a forward-leaning profile. Look for subtle new wood tones of vanilla and caramel, sitting atop a core of baked orchard fruits, including pear and yellow apple. This 100% Chardonnay finishes with a mineral edge and a long, sexy finish.
