(8/2023) A wonderfully unique sparkler from Piedmont made with the famous grape of Barolo, Nebbiolo. The wine pours a beautiful rose color with fine, persistent bubbles. The flavors remind you just enough of Nebbiolo with tart raspberry, white cherry, purple flowers and zesty minerals. On the finish, the sparkling notes shine with a hint of bready yeast before a touch of tannic grip pops up. A fun wine to share with friends - if you let them!
