(10/2025) Traditionalist, third-generation producer Philippe Foreau today oversees his family's Domaine founded in 1923. Commanding some of our favorite 11.5 hectares in Vouvray, Foreau is one of the best addresses in the Loire for sparkling wine. This vintage bubbly delivers high-tension and chalky minerality just as well as the Champenois can, but layers on a charismatic, distinct personality with deep yellow apple, smoke, dried pear, lemon peel, chamomille and peach pit.
