An homage to the bold flavors of Oaxaca, this Mezcal Negroni is crafted in collaboration with Pablo Jiménez and showcases Paquera's Artisinal Mezcal Ensamble made with Espadin and Barril agave alongside bitters inspired by Los Pacos Oaxaca's world renowned mole. It is blended with a Tamarind Aperitivo and Sweet Vermouth from the Finger Lakes region. Packaged in a 750ml bottle, simply pour this "ready to drink" cocktail over ice and enjoy! Serves approximately 10 drinks. (Orange zest atomizer included)
