Jean Banchet Award-nominated Best Mixologist Julieta Campos (The Aviary, The Whistler, etc.) collaborated on this 'Perfect' Manhattan featuring a 100% Single Grain Finnish Rye Whisky aged 5 years from Kyro Distillery Company, then dashed with bespoke Cherry Bitters and a balanced blend of Sweet Vermouth and Dry Vermouth from the Finger Lakes region. Packaged in a 750ml bottle, simply pour this "ready to drink" cocktail over ice and enjoy! Serves approximately 10 drinks. (Lemon zest atomizer included)
