(11/2025) Kermit Lynch imports the delicious grower Champagnes of J. Lassalle, and we're glad he does! Vigneron Angéline Templier is the third generation of her family's property to make these fantastic Champagnes, and we scored huge when we grabbed this delicious dry pink Champagne at a special sale price! Angeline crafts this lovely effort from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier. The vine age averages 50 years and hails from her estate vines growing in the Premier Cru village of Chigny-Les-Roses. Pouring a super pale salmon pink, this juicy bubbly gives wild strawberry, spring flowers, talc, spice and rocky earth minerals, all atop a generous mouthfeel and a zesty, crunchy, creamy bubbly mousse!
