Vin Chicago: 90 Points

(8/2025) Middle Brow has been known for their beer and pizza at their Logan Square brewpub for a while now, but more recently they have ventured into the world of low intervention natural wines with great success. The grapes for this tasty sparkler are sourced from Michigan and then made into wine in Chicago. The wine is a blend of non-vinifera hybrid grapes (Vidal Blanc, Traminette and Vignoles), along with a couple of traditional vinifera grapes (Pinot Gris and Riesling) from old vines within dry-farmed vineyards. Look for plenty of aromatic and floral tones with wonderful citrus and tropical notes on the palate.
