(11/2025) Mollydooker's 'The Boxer' 2023 Shiraz  leaps from the glass with enticing aromas of ripe dark red and blue fruits. Sourced from vineyards in McLaren Vale and Langhorn Creek, the wine is barrel fermented and then aged in American oak barrels, 40% of which are new. Look for delicious flavors of black cherry and blueberry with a touch of sweet concentrated plum, all layered with a peppery punch and sweet notes of vanilla and brown baking spices. The palate is full bodied and powerful, yet elegant and restrained, with soft tannins and a velvety texture. To minimize the use of sulfur, the wine is finished and preserved with nitrogen.
