(10/2025) Our favorite Spanish bubbly under $20 is in this bottle! Disgorged in April of 2025, the latest "Cupada" is excellent...again! Pere Mata, the name of the guy that farms the land and makes the wine sparkle, is extremely good at his job, evidenced by this bone dry, mineral forward Cava. Made from organically-farmed Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada, it's crunchy, with a lessy weightiness offering lemon, yellow apple, macadamia, fall spices and river stones. Lively, with a steady stream of fine bubbles, it's a wine that overdelivers, and will partner perfectly with Holiday parties or Tuesday night Pho!
