(9/2024) Disgorged in October 2023, this exquisite Blanc de Blancs is equal parts 2020 vintage and reserve wine from a perpetual blend housed in two 50 hectoliter casks containing aged Pierre Péters Champagne from vintages as far back as 1988. Offering a magical explosion of salty, fossilized minerals, plump orchard fruit, citrus and tropical blossoms this new release has a seductive mouthfeel, body-shaking chalky acidity and a long, luxurious mouthfeel.
