(9/6/2023) Aromas of cooked apples, lemongrass, tarragon, and limes with hints of kiwi. Medium body. Creamy texture with dried lemons and pear pie. Flinty and slate character, too. Such tension and purity. Aged 20% in large casks and partial malolatic fermentation. A blend of 60% pinot bianco, 30% chardonnay and 10% sauvignon blanc. Drink now.
