(5/2023) The 2022 Rosato Toscana is dark pink with orange hues. It lifts up to show ginger and fennel giving way to white smoke and crushed green apple. This opens with a pretty inner sweetness, giving way to ripe strawberries and complementing hints of savory spice. It leaves a lingering tension, mixing sour citrus with salty mineral tones while tapering off potent yet fresh. Drinking Window: 2023 - 2024.
