(11/9/2020) Extremely rich in texture on the attack. This is hugely concentrated with power and poise to the white peach and pear flavours, shot through with lemon and lime. Knitted down right now. 37% new oak. A yield of 10.5hl/ha. Drinking Window: 2021 - 2044.

(3/2021) The 2018 Doisy-Védrines is understated and wonderfully nuanced, just as it was from barrel. Lemon confit, apricot, passionfruit and bright floral accents lend brightness to this elegant and poised Barsac. Doisy-Védrines is a subtle wine, and yet there is so much to it.
